Purchase
Equipment may be purchased by e-mail, fax or by using the contact form.
The company is not obligated to supply any purchase.
All advertising on the website is for initial impression only and does not obligate the company in any way. Interested and prospective clients are welcome to visit company offices, to inspect any equipment intended for purchase.
Final price will include import costs, delivery, and Installation on site, also with instruction procedures.

Warranty
Warranty includes repair and replacement of faulty parts where necessary according to
the technicians on site opinion.
In any event the equipment will be restored to the same working condition as at the time of purchase. Duration of the warranty is that which was agreed to at the time of purchase, according to form specified on the company's invoice.

Service
The Company is obliged to answer service calls for maintenance and repair, according to the manufacturer's recommendations within 24 hours of receiving the call for service, and by appointment with the customer.
Repairs are free during the period of the warranty.
Labor costs per hour are 300 NIS+ VAT. The hourly cost does not include travel time + expenses in the area between Haifa and Beer-Sheva. For all other areas a separate estimate for costs will be given.
The company shall provide 3 months warranty for all repairs.
Calls for service can be placed via the site, by phone or by fax.
Annual service contracts can be negotiated with the company.
